# Number of Sessions

Track the total number of sessions over a specific time period. This metric gives you a broad overview of user engagement.

Here in the image, we can see:

* The total sessions are 361 in current selected period which is last 30 days.
* % shown below the numbers is the comparison of previous period from current one. Here it's 261%
* Color Red represents the degrade from previous period and Green represents increase from previous period.
