Setup AdMob Integration

How to setup Google AdMob Integration?

1.) Go to Add-ons --> Integrations --> Google AdMob and enable it.

2.) Enter Android App ID and iOS App ID in the designated field. Atleast one of the field is required. If you want to display ads on either Android or iOS then keep other field empty.

These IDs are the same app IDs you created in Create Android & iOS Apps step.

3.) Once you will enter an App ID in either or both of the fields, + Create Ad button will gets enabled. Click on it and select the type of Ad you want to integrate in your app.

4.) Follow below steps to create each different type of Ads.

Banner

Banner Ad will ask you to enter following information.

• Android Ad Unit ID: Related android app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• iOS Ad Unit ID: Related iOS app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• Banner Position: It can be either top or bottom.

• Banner Size: Select the banner size that you want to use. Check this document to see how different sizes looks like.

• Screens: Select in which screens you want to display this ad.

Interstitial

Interstitial Ad will ask you to enter following information.

• Android Ad Unit ID: Related android app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• iOS Ad Unit ID: Related iOS app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• Screens: Select in which screens you want to display this ad.

• Add Events: There are two types of events on which you can open interstitial ads.

  • Page URL: In this event, you will need to enter the page URL. It will display an interstitial ad when your app user will try to open that page. So, interstitial ad will be displayed on top of the screen.

  • Element Selector: Using this event, you can display ad on specified element's click. You need to enter the element's identifier such as class or id and when app user will click on that element, ad will displayed in the full screen.

App Open

App Open Ad will ask you to enter following information.

• Android Ad Unit ID: Related android app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• iOS Ad Unit ID: Related iOS app Ad ID of the ad you have created on AdMob. On AdMob select your App and Ad Unit menu from the lest side. It will display all the Ads you have created for that app.

• Select Posistion of Ad: Select the ad orientation as per your requirements.
